Trigger an arpeggiator while shaping filter and resonance. Launch a drum loop while controlling dynamics and attack. Or play sustain and expression together with one foot, simultaneously.
On the central diamond, one foot can perform two MIDI CCs at once: side to side across the X axis and forward and back across the Y axis.
Each axis sends a continuous 0–127 stream, so two parameters respond independently while the movement itself stays fluid. One gesture. Two destinations. Zero interruption.

QUAD gives your foot three playable zones — the near end, the central diamond, and the far end — and three modes that decide what each zone can do. Pair sustain with expression, switch between two complete CC pairs, or trigger notes while shaping them with continuous control.

Black BT began with a composer’s frustration. During the pandemic, Satish Chakravarthy was building a portable composing setup and went looking for something simple: a Bluetooth sustain pedal. He could not find one.
Satish studied engineering and songwriting before building a career in film music, including producing and arranging with A.R. Rahman across 17 film scores, alongside his own work as a film composer.
The point of QUAD is not simply to move more parameters. It is to make those movements feel playable.
